Carnosine

Carnosine (β-alanyl-L-histidine) is a dipeptide typically found in high concentrations in muscle tissues. Thanks to its strong antioxidant and anti-aging properties, it protects cells from oxidative stress and damage caused by both infrared and ultraviolet radiation, thereby preventing photoaging.
